Empowering Youth, Strengthening Community: The Cosumnes River Activities League, Inc. (CRAL) is dedicated to fostering resilience, confidence, and empowerment among our youth through innovative programs and events. Our mission is to equip young individuals with the skills and belief in their own strength to overcome challenges, accomplish difficult tasks, and navigate life's hardships. By cultivating a supportive, engaging, and safe environment, we aim to significantly reduce teen suicide, overdoses, and trafficking within our community and surrounding areas. Together, we are committed to nurturing a generation of empowered youth, ready to contribute positively to their community and the wider world.
