Revival Arts aims to empower and engage individuals and the community in expressive arts. Our Purpose: 1. To provide safe and accessible space for meaningful, creative outlets. 2. To facilitate transformation and revitalization of individuals, groups, and the community, through the arts. 3. To offer supportive services for artists.

Description

Revival Arts stems from the vision of a board credentialed art therapist and a neuroscientist turned clinical psychologist, with a holistic vision of community wellbeing. Our intention is to serve, include, and empower individuals by fostering community connection and providing therapeutic resources in a dedicated creative space.

The final expected product will be a renovated space with newly painted community murals, a community-built gallery, and a stage for performing arts. A hands-on team will be formed to complete the renovation and murals by collaborating with local artist communities and mental health organizations. To connect with the public, local print and media resources will be used. In exchange for participants’ renovation skills and labor, exhibition space will be offered. The grand opening exhibition theme will be "Understanding Community."
