Make a Difference In Someone’s Life By Volunteering with Three Oaks Hospice We are looking for compassionate and caring individuals to help terminally ill patients and their families. Being a friendly face and listening ear is a gift to families at the end of life and you can help in many ways. These include being a companion, reading at the bedside, sharing lunch together, playing music, massage therapy, haircare, pet care, gardening, making art or even running errands. There are many ways to provide comfort and support! Whether you are searching for a way to serve others in your community, or you are interested in practical experience that will help you start a new career in a health-related field, we would love to hear from you. We also need administrative volunteers to help in our office with light clerical work and at events! We will provide all training - no experience is necessary! We require a background check, interview, 2 references and a TB test.
