The mission of Bridgeway Hospice is to provide individualized care to patients with a life-limiting illness by empowering the patient and family to live with dignity and comfort. Our goal is to provide support and care through spiritual, emotional, and physical involvement.
Description
Bridgeway Hospice originally opened in Baton Rouge and then opened an office in Lafayette. We are looking for people that are interested in making a difference in terminally ill patients lives by visiting with them, baking cookies, handyman for small jobs, sewing, crocheting and many other tasks. The last good thing that may happen in a person's life is a Hospice Volunteer. Times and dates are flexible and it could change your life and definitely make a difference to someone with a terminal illness.
