The fitness classes we offer promote cardiovascular fitness, build strength and endurance, increasing flexibility and balance, while boosting cognitive function.
Our programs are effective at improving mood by promoting self-awareness, cultivating a positive mindset, and reducing stress and anxiety.
By providing a sense of community and connection we foster mindfulness and compassion, promote personal growth, inner peace, and balance.
We offer job opportunities to people in early recovery, giving them a chance to start a new life.
Community members of WellStrong increase their wellness and self-confidence among supportive peers, resulting in a healthier lifestyle and greater success in long-term recovery.
