Mission Statement
Kandake Living's mission is to provide supportive services for women with children fleeing from domestic / intimate partner violence and/or homeless victims & to create safe, comfortable, transitional housing for these families to help rebuild and transform their lives.
Description
Kandake Living's vision is to create a secured, gated, clean energy, comfortable transitional living community, safe for Mom and child to live and rebuild their lives. Focused on a two year program, we are a center of transformation, aiming to not only provide a temporary home but more importantly mental health services, community support, as well as vocational education with a goal of building careers and gaining financial literacy. It is our hope that every woman who graduates from our program leaves knowing they are the QUEENS they were born to be.
