Child Advocates of Placer County, CASA of Placer and Yuba Counties trains and equips volunteers to be Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs) for children in foster care and Mentors for at-risk youth and struggling families in our community. Learn more at CASAYUBA.ORG.
