Mission Statement

The mission of Walker County Animal Shelter is to provide humane care for animals that are lost, abandoned and unwated. We strive to place every adoptable animal into a good loving home and encourage good pet guardianship through programs such as spay/neuter.

Description

We are a government run Animal Shelter and Control that takes in thousands of animals each year. We are looking for volunteers who have the ability to walk dogs.
