1care is seeking dedicated volunteers to provide essential administrative support and compassionate care to our adult and pediatric patients receiving hospice services. As a volunteer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients and their families Volunteer Opportunity Organization: 1 Care Location: Las Vegas, NV Position Overview: 1 Care is seeking dedicated volunteers to provide essential administrative support and compassionate care to our adult and pediatric patients receiving hospice services. As a volunteer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients and their families during their end-of-life journey. Responsibilities: Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, answering phones, and preparing documents. Provide companionship and emotional support to adult and pediatric patients and their families. Help with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation for patients as needed. Participate in training sessions to enhance your understanding of hospice care and volunteer responsibilities. Playing musical instruments. Time Commitment: Volunteers are asked to commit to a minimum of 1-2 hours per visit with flexible scheduling options available. We appreciate any time you can dedicate to supporting our patients and our team.
