As a hospice companion volunteer, you will have the opportunity to offer invaluable support to patients and their families during one of life's most challenging journeys. Your presence and companionship can bring comfort, joy, and peace to individuals facing terminal illness, and your willingness to listen and be present can make all the difference to their days. What You'll Do: Provide companionship and support to hospice patients. Engage in meaningful conversations, reminisce, or simply be a comforting presence. Read stories, play games, craft (patient appropriate/abled) Assist with light household tasks, if needed and appropriate.
