Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, social media management, content creation, and digital campaign development within a nonprofit setting. As a Marketing Intern, you will work closely with our Marketing Team to promote our mission, engage our community, and grow our online presence. Key Responsibilities: Help develop and execute a marketing plan for The Hopeful Elephant Organization. Conduct research on current trends, best practices, and potential partnerships for audience engagement. Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok). Support the creation of email newsletters, blog posts, and other content to inform and inspire our audience. Collaborate with our design team to ensure brand consistency across all channels. Contribute ideas for new marketing initiatives and outreach strategies. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a marketing, communications, or related degree program. Strong interest in nonprofit marketing and/or social causes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, email marketing, social media engagement). Proactive attitude with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be based in the USA, this is an unpaid position

This internship offers hands-on experience in nonprofit fundraising, campaign planning, and donor outreach. The ideal candidate will be passionate about our mission, eager to learn, and ready to take on new challenges. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing fundraising campaigns and events Research potential donors, sponsors, and grant opportunities Support outreach to donors, partners, and volunteers Help maintain and update our donor database Assist in creating fundraising materials, including email templates, social media posts, and presentations Contribute creative ideas to enhance our fundraising strategies Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Passion for social impact and commitment to the mission of The Hopeful Elephant Organization Must be based in the USA, this is an unpaid position
