Mission Statement

Our intention is to provide individuals impacted by mass incarceration with access to various healing modalities, events & retreats.

Description

We recently embarked on The Heart Center's first retreat: You are the Master of You. Each participant received support with roundtrip transportation, a 1 bedroom stay, nourishing food, relaxing massage, meditation and yoga classes, and a safe space to gain tools critical to healing trauma. This retreat has evolved into a 6 month healing program for our participants. Each of our participants are individuals impacted by incarceration.
