Help our Special Talent showcase their skills and handcrafted items to the World through our Shopify site. Our ZABSpreneur online marketplace specializes in selling handcrafted items created by individuals with special needs. This is a great opportunity to focus on e-commerce, marketing, and analytics while giving back to the community. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the overall look and functionality of the platform, including adding and removing products, updating content, and troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise. Work with the product sourcing team to identify and onboard new artisans and their products onto the platform. Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies to drive traffic and sales on the platform. Monitor and analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Manage customer service inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution. Work with the fulfillment team to manage and track inventory, pricing, and shipping. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing. Qualifications: Experience in e-commerce or online marketplace management Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and tools on Shopify Track record of success in driving sales and managing an e-commerce platform Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising tactics Excellent communication and customer service skills Passion for supporting and empowering individuals with disabilities a plus We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and welcome candidates from all backgrounds to apply.

A bit about us: For the past 9 years, we've been creating opportunities for kids and young adults with special needs to help them get comfortable hanging out with others and become active members of the community. Nearly 5 years ago we started a new initiative to teach our special friends job skills and offer them employment based on their individual talents and passions. That’s how ZABS Place was born! Our mission is to offer training and structured work opportunities to young adults with special needs in their area of interest. Our goal is to attract and maintain a strong customer base by offering an upscale, boutique-style experience, at thrift store prices. Most importantly, we strive to exceed expectations through personalized service and attention to detail. So where do you come in? We are looking to expand our team and are looking for a 2-person Pickup & Delivery crew, to start in April, who are committed, professional, have moving experience, and are willing to learn our system. Pickup/Delivery Job Description: Commit to one day a week (5 hrs.) when you'll take care of any/all pickups and deliveries on the schedule. Here's what you'll need: A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record A good space concept and ability to maneuver things to maximize space Strong time-management skills Great people skills and communication skills Some organizational experience Strategic thinking, flexibility, and the ability to improvise quickly Sense of humor!
