Description
We understand that choosing to start hospice care is a difficult decision. Our goal is to ensure that our patients and their loved ones receive the medical, spiritual and psychological support needed to guide them through the end of life journey. Our volunteers are important members of our team, they provide extra comfort and companionship to our patients. Our wonderful volunteers help with party planning, writing letters, playing games and providing relief to our caregivers.
