Founded in 2018, we are one of Wisconsin's leading organizations for increasing diversity in the design profession.

Since 2018, BOSS has connected Madison area students from underrepresented and underresourced communities with opportunities in the design profession. We are a team of designers, architects, and community leaders who are passionate about increasing diversity in the design profession, and we need your help to expand our work!
