Description
We are the first and sole Chamber in the state of Virginia focused on women and diverse small businesses inclusive of BIPOC, LGBTQIA and minorities in underserved communities.
We have 400+ members representative of our mission demographics.
While we are a state Chamber, our office is located in Southwest Virginia which is our primary target area due to lack of resources historically available to black and brown communities.
We provide business training, technical support and coaching.
We facilitate youth programs aimed at preventive health and violence initiatives, and empowerment educational, entrepreneur and financial literacy initiatives.
