Key Responsibilities: - Record Maintenance: Update and manage organizational records with accuracy and confidentiality. - Data Collection: Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing data as required for reports and internal use. - Newsletter Creation:Compile content, design layout, and produce a monthly newsletter to update stakeholders on organizational activities and events. -Administrative Support:Provide general administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings, drafting correspondence, and managing documentation. Qualifications: - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). - Experience with newsletter creation. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
