The Communication Coach will collaborate with program staff to develop communication resources and materials that will enhance participants' communication strategies. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, empathy and understanding towards the challenges of co-parenting, and the availability to commit to the 12-week CoParenting Connections Program. Provide guidance and support to program participants in developing effective communication skills with their co-parents. Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with each family, offering at least one hour of individualized support over the 12-week program. Facilitate group coaching sessions during the weekly program sessions, focusing on communication strategies and techniques. Assist families in creating a comprehensive co-parenting plan that addresses their unique communication needs. Collaborate with the program team to develop communication resources and materials for program participants. Skills Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to provide individualized coaching and support. Knowledge of effective communication techniques, especially in co-parenting contexts.
