Responsibilities: Create and manage digital content (images, videos, graphics, videos, animation and written material) for social media platforms. Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns for Google Ads, Facebook, and other social media platforms. Use web analytics and marketing tools to improve visibility and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to drive website traffic. Oversee the organization’s social media presence, creating, managing and scheduling posts and responding to comments. Assist with website design, content updates, and ensure that websites are user-friendly and visually appealing. Collaborate with the Marketing and Social Media teams to manage projects and ensure consistent branding. Attend Marketing Stand Up meetings every Monday. Qualifications: Experience in creating various forms of content including writer content, graphics, images, videos and animations. Proficiency in managing and optimizing social media platforms including content planning, scheduling, community engagement, and data analysis on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn. Strong understanding of design principles, storytelling and effective communication. Knowledge of SEO and ability to improve online content visibility in search engine results. Proficiency in creating and managing digital advertising campaigns. Basic web development skills such as HTML, CSS and an understanding of content management systems. Familiarity with various platforms including WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla for managing and updating website content. Effective communication skills.
