Mission Statement

We are interested in recruiting bilingual Spanish-English volunteers age 60+ for a fantastic opportunity to help older adults in the community who have depression symptoms. Volunteers will receive extensive training on recognizing depression in older adults, talking with depressed individuals regarding their symptoms, and leading them through a self-management program.

Description

We have seen great success with the Do More Feel Better Program and are looking to expand our reach to assist Spanish-speaking older adults with their depression symptoms in the greater Seattle Area.
