Seniors all across Pinellas County have no way to get to their medical appointments and pharmacies which leads to poor health outcomes and increased isolation. Driving seniors to often life-saving appointments is among the most rewarding volunteer opportunities at Neighborly, and your impact is immediate. Since we can't provide rides to every senior, your help ensures more get the care they urgently need. In just four hours per week, you can choose the day(s), hours and locations within Pinellas County where you can help. No lifting or wheelchairs! With your cheerful demeanor, vehicle, and clean driving record and background, together we’ll prepare you for this rewarding position! Musicians and Singers Have a Superpower, Share it with Us!

Did you know music can evoke memories otherwise forgotten in memory-challenged seniors? Neighborly provides the therapeutic benefit of music to clients served at three Adult Day Centers, and for higher-functioning seniors at eight dining cafes. Entertainers can include musicians (non-religious music only), singers, clowns, or magicians. Choose the location (s) convenient for you, weekdays from late morning to noon or 1-2pm.
