Fortitude’s multifaceted mission is to serve young adults in their ambition to build a successful career in the construction trades. By helping young adults to develop practical, technical, and life mastery skills, we serve the needs of the community, industry, and workforce.
Description
We are passionate about helping young adults who are not geared toward a more traditional 4-year college experience. We work to develop their interpersonal skills, personal responsibility, and financial literacy, to ensure that they succeed in LIFE - then we apply traditional skill building for the construction trades and set them also on a course for personal success.
