MATRIXELLENT INC., a Delaware Charitable Nonstock Corporation, is both organized and operated primarily as a scientific organization that conducts fundamental research in the public interest. Scientific research is also carried on for the purpose of aiding in the scientific education of college or university students. Having been approved as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization for research or educational purposes by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and being primarily engaged in basic research, MATRIXELLENT INC. arranges for eligible applicants to come to the United States of America (USA) under the B-1 Business Visitor nonimmigrant category or the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) to "undertake independent [basic] research" as permitted by Title 9 of the Foreign Affairs Manual (FAM) Section 402.2-5(B), Paragraph a., subdivision (6).

Description

Matrixellent Inc. is a Delaware charitable nonstock corporation that is exempt from taxation under § 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code [26 U.S.C. § 501(c)(3)], or any successor provisions (8 DGCL § 114(d)(1)). Matrixellent Inc. is primarily organized and operated for fundamental research and has been approved to be a nonprofit research organization by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), under IRC 501(c)(3), that is primarily engaged in basic research (8 CFR 214.2(h)(19)(iv)(A)) that is carried on for the purpose of aiding in the scientific education of college or university students (26 CFR 1.501(c)(3)-1(d)(5)(iii)(c)(1)) and has been approved as a tax exempt organization for research or educational purposes by the Internal Revenue Service (8 CFR 214.2(h)(19)(iv)(B)).
