At Grace, we strive to equip women with the tools and resources necessary to actively nurture their health and well-being, strengthen their families, and foster a sense of community. We provide free and accessible wellness workshops, self-care activities and family engagement events to women and their families in the Dallas/ Ft. Worth area.
