Mission Statement

Fostering Hope Seattle envisions a world where vulnerable youth recognize their value and worth and grow into their full potential. We do this by equipping foster youth, supporting foster parents, and partnering with social workers.

Description

We are a non-profit organization that works to provide foster youth and their families the resources they need to thrive. We do this by offering monthly Foster Family Support Groups, providing young adults aging out of foster care with home essentials, and by supporting our local social service organizations and their workers through the donation of our time and resources. We also work to raise awareness about the harsh realities faced by those within the foster system through educational and volunteer events.
