Patriots provides life-enriching opportunities for all, with an emphasis on youth. We offer quality programming featuring homework help, sports, arts and crafts, and implementation of activities from local businesses and organizations including Rockford Public Library, Boy Scouts of America, and Zion Lutheran Church. We are dedicated to ensuring the well-being and safety of Rockford youth and structure our programs to provide them with positive and enjoyable activities
