Mission Statement

Our highly skilled care team serves each patient and their family holistically, supporting their physical, spiritual, and emotional needs following a physician driven plan of care. We utilize an interdisciplinary approach to ensure our patients receive end of life services that are parallel to the patient’s and family’s wishes, and these can be provided wherever you call home.

Description

We are a small hospice organization that has the ability to give patients as well as family and friends one on one attention. Our mission is to provide quality of life as well as allowing our patients to obtain their dignity. Our goals are to provide more activities as well as companionship for people who are entering their end of life. So far we have had the pleasures of providing volunteer services through out the valley and central areas.
