We are seeking a marketing and outreach coordinator. In this role, you will be assigned to organize outreach events to promote the services of our organization and receive donations. Qualifications Volunteer experience High schooler or above Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to meet deadlines Enthusiasm Interested in oncology and/or cancer patients Can share personal experiences (or know someone) with cancer Responsibilities and Primary Duties Demonstrate a passion for our mission and helping others. Attend meetings on time and consistently Duties contacting potential volunteers, scheduling shifts, orientation, volunteering Engage potential volunteers through social media such as FB, Volunteer Match, hard-copy or digital flyers. Generate and create ideas Develop brochures, press releases, and other marketing materials Track sales data Maintain inventory Coordinator with suppliers, sponsors, and participants for funding Benefits Flexible hours Can be done remotely

You will work with our staff and be provided the resources to create a blog post about a given topic. You will be assigned to write creative content on cancer and help educate people on our stress reduction activities, financial assistance, and more! We greatly appreciate our volunteers and your hard work is very valuable to us. Qualifications Volunteer experience High schooler or above Proficient in Google Docs and MS Office Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to meet deadlines Enthusiasm Interested in oncology and/or cancer patients Can share personal experiences (or know someone) with cancer Responsibilities and Primary Duties Looking for qualified volunteer bloggers who can write one blog once a week for 6 to 9 weeks. In this role, you will assist our caseworkers and help them research and identify funding opportunities to increase awareness of our organization, pursue projects, and gain valuable resources. Qualifications Grant Writing experience (required) Volunteer experience (preferred) Bachelor's degree (in-progress or completed) in creative writing or related field Proficient in MS Office Word and Excel Understanding of fundraising information sources Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organizational skills Ability to meet deadlines Responsibilities and Primary Duties Demonstrate a passion for our mission and helping others. Help develop our Financial Grants strategy. Research and identify funding opportunities. Strategize, write, and submit grant proposals. Answer questions regarding our grant applications.
