Mission Statement
In 2018, Urban City Services was incorporated as a non-profit community organization. We provide direct services throughout the city of St. Louis and Wellston. Covid-19 brought new challenges not only for how we conduct outreach, but how our unhoused neighbors received help. Our focus now is more on developing and implementing real programs that work to remove the revolving door to poverty and homelessness. UCS Outreach conducts winter patrols providing warming items, underwear, socks, t-shirts, sandwiches, hot chili, and coffee. We make bests effort to get our peeps to a shelter, or warming bus/center. For those who decline, we do our best to equip them for the night.
