Description
This small but crucial not-for-profit organization has been reading for countless blind and sight-impaired residents for over 36 years. It is one of only two such services in New York State. Our compassionate and dedicated volunteer readers are now heard online anywhere there is an internet connection!
Our volunteers deliver personal readings from local news publications, magazines, books and other printed materials. Most of our readers spend about 1 hour a week recording their reading. They quickly become part of this 'family' and our listeners truly appreciate their personal, compassionate, and non-professional touches to their broadcasts.
