Mission Statement

The mission of The Ferguson School is to grow the hearts, minds, and faith of young learners. Our school opened in September 2021 as a new learning program in the community based on the need for an academically rigorous and culturally relevant educational program that supports students’ intellectual, physical, and emotional wellness.

Description

The Ferguson School is an independent elementary school, offering culturally inclusive education designed to foster creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking. The Ferguson School extends its well-balanced learning experiences through Camp Village. This program embraces K-5 students in the community including public school and homeschool students. Camp Village offers summer and afterschool programming that is low-cost or free of charge to students. It includes problem-based learning in math and science, coding, robotics, hands-on literacy instruction, physical activity, and social development.
