Description
At Brighton Hospice, we believe that the end of life should be just as beautiful as the beginning. Hospice care provides patients with the quality of life they deserve and freedom from pain as they leave this life. The goal of hospice care is to improve the quality of life during a patient’s last months by offering comfort, dignity, and care wherever the patient resides. Medicare has set minimum standards of care for hospice. Brighton’s mission is to raise the hospice industry standard by providing the maximum amount of physical, emotional, and spiritual care for our patients and their families. We keep our caseloads small and up the amount of visits per week, with nurses visiting 2x/week and CNAs visiting 5x/week.
