COUNTRY STORE NEEDS HELP! Our Country Store is in need of a resident who is willing to become an associate for the Store Manager,, learn his role, and provide backup for them when they cannot work. Components of the job includes taking inventory, placing orders with Walmart’s mobile app, picking up at Walmart, unloading and moving order into the Country Store, pricing items and putting them on the shelves, and processing special orders. The Country store also needs several volunteers who would be on call to help unload and bring the weekly order into the store, and help mark and put on shelves. Welcome Desk / Reception Shifts are Weekdays from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm and 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm Weekends 9:00 am - 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm Join us in this newly created role in a loving environment, at our busiest clinical entrance! Enjoy a remodeled comfortable reception desk and workspace area with plenty of space and resources for you to conduct your tasks. What you will do: Greet visitors as they enter the building Assist visitors in way-finding Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate department Assist staff with general reception and clerical tasks Be a friendly face who will receive multiple interactions throughout the shift! Help Staff and Residents locate information as needed And much more!

Friendly Visitor Program

Be assigned to a resident, or multiple individuals if preferred Spend dedicated time each week with your assigned individuals. Engage individuals in activities based on their interests and preferences. Examples include: Polish nails and offer aromatherapy hand massages (supplies provided!) Take individual outdoors to visit and enjoy the fresh air Assist individual with own projects and tasks, such as recording life histories, creating artwork, etc.. Assist individual to create and send emails / use the computer each week Attend preferred activity with an individual who may be shy. Read to individuals with vision impairments. Visit with individuals who are bed-bound.

Activities Helpmate

Work side by side with Activities Staff and Nursing Staff to engage residents in independent and/or group based activities. Duties include! Check in on residents in their rooms Deliver warm blankets, books, magazines, activities supplies Assist with non-clinical tasks. Help residents with projects Take residents to activities on outdoor walks, etc. Schedule is open! Can be any day of the week, generally 2-4 hour shifts.

Host or Hostess in the Mountain View Dining Room Schedule: Monday through Friday 11:30 am - 1:30 pm *or select any of the days Greeting Residents and Staff and helping them find a seat Notifying whoever's section it is that they've been sat Helping staff fill out to-go meal forms and putting them in the kitchen Physical Requirements: Ability to move through the dining room without restriction, ability to communicate clearly and cordially to guests and team members. Ability to greet everyone with a smile and an enthusiasm to welcome them to the dining room! Ability to contribute to creating an excellent customer experience!
