Fosters Needed for Cat Rescue (Your Home) Fostering cats or kittens for the Cat Rescue and Adoption Network allows us to rescue more cats and kittens in the region. We need fosters year round - especially during kitten season (March - November). We provide all supplies and medical care - you supply the love and caring. The cats or kittens stay with you until they are ready to be adopted. Sometimes this is as short as a few weeks, sometimes a few months. Or maybe you want a long term foster! It varies because each cat is different, and each foster is different. We work with you to find out what kind of cat will fit your lifestyle and situation. The more fosters we have, the more cats we can bring into our care and get adopted! This is an essential role and is so rewarding. APPLY DIRECTLY ONLINE at www.catrescues.org/foster

We keep great records of our kitties' health for our adopters and our organization. We synthesize the information from the veterinarians and spay/neuter clinic into an easily readable format. You would become part of the team who does this regularly. We need another volunteer to help us do this about once a month. Training with three other great experienced volunteers and a lot of help along the way! Interested? Questions? APPLY ONLINE and our Volunteer Coordinator will call you in the next 7 days. The Intake Committee meets weekly to review intake requests. Community members submit intake requests when they find stray or abandoned cats, or are no longer to care for their own cats. Cats are accepted into our program based on a list of prioritized criteria and only when we have foster homes and resources able to care for them. This is a critical role for our organization, but can be difficult and requires someone who can balance our resources with the needs of the cats. Interested? Questions? APPLY ONLINE and our Volunteer Coordinator will call you in the next 7 days. Application: https://catrescues.org/ volunteer/ Learn more about us:https://catrescues.org/. Thank you!

Cat Rescue and Adoption Network (CRAN) is an all volunteer 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Since inception, we have saved over 4000 cats and found them wonderful, loving homes. We are looking for a volunteer to overseeing the scheduling of volunteers at one of our adoption sites. This includes creating a schedule once a month and emailing out to all volunteers. Volunteers will sign-up for shifts, but the scheduler reaches out to volunteers via email, text or phone to try and fill open/unfilled shifts. Depending on the week, this role is anywhere from 4-8 hours a week. Typically more time will be spent in the second half of the month as this is when the schedule for the next month is created and sent to volunteers. Interested? Questions? Apply online and our Volunteer Coordinator will call you in the next 7 days. Apply ONLINE HERE: https://catrescues.org/volunteer/ Learn more about us: https://catrescues.org/. Thank you!
