Accord Palliative and Hospice Care, Inc. is a community-based organization providing hospice services to the Dallas/Fort Worth and its surrounding area.
We offer the highest clinical standards for day-to-day medical care, including providing pain and symptom management. Our patient- centered approach focuses on the needs of the patient and family, led by an interdisciplinary team.
Our goal is providing the greatest possible comfort and care for those who experience one of life’s most intimate and challenging moments.
