Assist members of the community with clothing needs. Clients will visit table and communicate clothing needs and volunteers will become "personal shoppers". Only volunteers will be allowed in the clothing room. Rearrange, sort and re-stock clothing inventory after event as needed. OR server coffee, breakfast sandwiches. We will assign upon arrival. Help service a complimentary meal to anyone in the community! TACO serves a meal that includes a hot entree, fresh fruit and vegetables, bread, pastries, homemade soup, juice, and coffee. Dinner is served to the guests by volunteers in a cafeteria-style setting inside and guests enjoy the meal outside on the patio. Volunteer Engagement Coordinator will be asking for a volunteer to assist with dishes. Tentative schedule: 3:45pm - Dinner service starts 5:00pm - Dinner service ends and volunteers start cleaning up the area 5:15pm - Clinics (medical, dental, and legal) start arriving to utilize the area Opportunity Requirements & Important Notes Attire: Comfortable, closed-toe non slip shoes Masks are optional. Please bring your own water bottle. Physical Ability: If you are willing to assist with setting up/taking down the tables and chairs, you will be lifting no more than 20 lbs. Waiver: Please fill out the T.A.C.O participation waiver before starting your shift. They are available at the entrance of TACO.
