Donor Relations Manager Job Overview: As a Donor Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the donor relations program for our nonprofit organization. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, a strategic thinker, and have excellent communication skills. The Donor Relations Manager will plan and execute fundraising campaigns, cultivate relationships with donors, and oversee donor stewardship activities. Responsibilities: Develop and implement donor engagement strategies that maximize revenue and donor retention. Manage a portfolio of individual donors, including identifying new donors, cultivating relationships, and soliciting gifts. Collaborate with the President to plan and execute fundraising campaigns, including direct mail, online giving, and major gifts. Work with the Marketing and Communications Team to develop donor-centric messaging and materials that communicate the impact of our nonprofit's work. Oversee donor recognition and stewardship activities, including personalized thank-you notes, donor reports, and recognition events. Utilize data analytics to track and report on donor engagement, retention, and revenue. Collaborate with the President or Treasurer to ensure accurate and timely processing of gifts and pledge payments. Stay informed of best practices in donor relations and fundraising, and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. At least 1-2 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising or donor relations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications A passion for nonprofit work and a commitment to our organization's mission. Working Conditions: This is a volunteer position with flexible hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to attend donor events or fundraising activities. Our key programs include building global telemedicine networks, hosting the Global Grand Rounds/Continuing Medical Education, and facilitating global teleconsults. Role Overview: As a Telemedicine Liaison, you will represent Global OffSite Care and act as a bridge between our organization, partner hospitals, and the local Rotary Club sponsors. This project management role involves fostering relationships, enhancing communication, and driving project success across international sites. Key Responsibilities: Maintain Regular Engagement: Schedule and lead monthly meetings with partner hospitals to ensure ongoing support and project momentum.
