Mission Statement
The Mentoring Program is an essential part of the infrastructure of Glow with Purpose. You are essential to the success and engagement of the Girls!
Mentors support the girls in the program as through the weekly activities and ongoing programs/events.
Attend at least one event a month with mentee
Contact mentee at least twice a month
Track the progress of mentees (ongoing training)
Participate in ongoing training to support the effectiveness of mentoring program (check ins)
Description
