Hi Volunteers We are FOV Inc. a nonprofit with two popular publications (https://earthsygns.org and https://friendsofvictims.com) looking for more volunteer writers. We would love it if you have some background in journalism or blogging, but it is not a requirement. Please check out the websites, and see if you would like to volunteer. We publish once a month at this time and need both writers and assistants. If you are interested drop us an email - I would appreciate if you would leave some comments in your volunteer match email reply. We will be publishing articles and blogs on a two week turnaround, and everyone is a volunteer until we get to the point of being able to fund the programs. Job Description: As a Commission-Based Sales Representative at Earth Sygns, you’ll play a key role in helping us grow our advertising partnerships while working with clients who share our commitment to sustainability. This role is perfect for a self-starter with a passion for the environment who wants flexible hours, the potential for uncapped income, and the satisfaction of knowing their work is making a difference. Responsibilities: Client Outreach & Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential advertisers who are passionate about climate change and aligned with our mission. Account Management: Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. Sales Customer Service: Provide ongoing support to clients, answer questions, and ensure smooth communication throughout the sales process. Growth & Development: Explore ways to grow existing accounts and create long-term client relationships that result in increasing ad spend. Environmental Savviness: Stay up-to-date on climate change issues, solutions, and trends to effectively communicate the mission of Earth Sygns to prospective clients. Compensation: 100% Commission: Earn 10% of monthly ad spend from each account you manage. Flexible Hours: Work as little or as much as you like, with the freedom to work part-time or full-time. The articles can be uploaded over the month, then scheduled to publish once a month all on the same day. If you have some familiarity with WordPress this will be a simple type of volunteer position.
