Mission Statement
Our mission is to plant seeds of hope and water purpose in the lives of youth through supportive services. We envision a world where minority youth have equal access to resources and opportunities.
Description
We provide youth and young adult mentorship, life skills, empowerment and outreach. We currently have a new pilot program working with African American pregnant moms and babies. We match pregnant moms with mentors who will support them throughout their entire pregnancy to decrease stressors and increase a joyous birth.
We have also provided self care bags, groceries, gift cards, bus passes, backpacks and more to our young adult clients.
