Description
At Workforce Foundation, we work to position people exiting incarceration into satisfying employment opportunities that match their job skills. Of clients placed, 88% have maintained gainful employment. We believe that a necessary step toward reducing recidivism is securing employment and building financial security. We provide resume help, mentoring, employment curriculum, community outreach, and community education to employers regarding fair hiring practices.
