As the Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive team by managing calendars, making travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, and overseeing the performance of clerical staff. The ideal candidate will be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, act without guidance, and maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality. This is a volunteer/unpaid position. The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as the primary point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners. You will manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that executives are well-informed and prepared for meetings and other commitments. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing and maintaining the office filing system, formatting information for internal and external communication, and taking minutes during meetings. To excel in this role, you must have previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role, with excellent MS Office knowledge and outstanding communication skills. A high school diploma is required, and familiarity with office gadgets and applications is preferred.
