At Urban Gleaners we collect delicious, fresh food before it can go to waste. And we get it to people who need it. Pure and simple.
Description
Urban Gleaners is a grassroots organization that partners with grocery stores, institutional cafeterias, farmers' markets and restaurants to pick up excess food before it goes to waste. We then distribute this high-quality fresh food to schools and free food markets across Multnomah and Washington counties.
