The mission and CEO are inspiring. A suite of applications are available for an effective work environment. Many processes like recruiting are automated. However, attrition is very high, leaving few managers to guide and assign work. I was very busy the first few weeks learning the systems and implementing process improvements. But the work stopped when the last set of volunteers quit. I offered to work in another department but found the same lack of progress. I haven't been assigned anything in a month and have run out of ideas for things I can do. I will still remain a volunteer with hope they will find a way for me to help in the future.

People are really helpful and enthusiastic about work so you feel motivated to work. They are very organised and will make you well equipped to start working without any confusion. Love my job! School Group is a great non profit company that is on a wonderful mission to help students globally. Small but mighty organization with ambitious goals. If you're looking to expand your horizon and increase your skill, this is a great international organization to volunteer for. The admin team is very responsive and always eager to help. The CEO is open to suggestions and always connect with volunteers directly.
