Description
Who We Are
"If a tree falls in the forest and no one around to hear it, does it make a sound?"
This question is usually asked in order to cause you to think about existence and reality, I would like to ask you the question in a different way, if a man falls into hopelessness and no one around sees it, is he really hopeless? I would suggest to you that the answer is yes. Men, women and children in San Joaquin County are experiencing hopelessness in many areas of their lives.
Project New Start wants to address that feeling of hopelessness by offering programs to support the health, welfare and educational needs of the communities of San Joaquin County.
Our core values are excellence, integrity, tenacity and innovation. With these values in place, we believe that many lives can be changed through our efforts. Our goal is not to duplicate existing programs; rather we plan to bring a 21st century solution to these age-old problems.
