Opportunity Description: Inspired Sound Initiative is seeking a passionate filmmaker student located in the Los Angeles area to join our team in a voluntary capacity. This is a wonderful opportunity to use your filmmaking talent, creativity, and expertise to make a difference for underserved communities who do not have access to the arts, supporting our mission of empowering and inspiring youth-at-risk and under-served communities through music and dance. Specifically you will be documenting our workshops, assemblies, and concerts and editing short clips out of the footage for our social media. You will also have the opportunity to work with wonderful musicians, including Yuval Ron, Oscar winning composer for the short film, West Bank Story. Responsibilities: Create short one-minute videos that vividly showcase the charitable efforts of Inspired Sound Initiative. Highlight how music and dance are used to empower and inspire youth-at-risk and under-served communities. Collaborate with the Inspired Sound team to capture the essence of our organization's work in an engaging and compelling way. Edit and enhance footage to create impactful, story-driven videos. Qualifications: Proficiency in video production and editing software. Strong storytelling and creative skills. A passion for social causes and a desire to make a positive impact through your work. We are seeking a Donor Relationship Manager to play a vital role in maintaining and expanding our relationships with past and future donors, as well as supporters of all kinds. Key Responsibilities: Developing Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with past and prospective donors, supporters, and partners. Supporters Hall Of Fame: Create and manage a "Supporters Hall Of Fame" webpage on our website to honor and recognize our most valued supporters. Monthly Spotlight Articles: Write and publish monthly spotlight articles that showcase individual supporters, their stories, and their contributions through social media and newsletters. Communication: Engage in regular communication with supporters to express gratitude, provide updates, and address any inquiries. The Grant Writer for Inspired Sound Initiative will help raise funds from public and private donors to fund our free-of-charge activities to schools and centers that serve youth and communities with less access to opportunities, care, and resources. You will have the opportunity to work and meet with our organization's founder, Oscar-winning composer Yuval Ron, meet the performing artists of Inspired Sound Initiative, see workshop videos of our highly talented artists, and contribute to making the world a better place!
