JOL Healthcare, Inc. is a female founded, privately owned, and locally operated home health and hospice company headquartered in central Texas.
Founded in 2013 on "a hope and a prayer" and an unwavering belief that families deserved better, occupational therapist, president & CEO, Sarah Files assembled a team of leaders, clinicians & staff that shared in that vision. Now an established and quickly growing health care company, we haven’t lost our start up spirit, and we’re proud of that.
Our 5 Core Values: Honesty, Integrity, Passion, Compassion and Collaboration are what guide us on our mission to touch 1,000,000,000 lives through home health and hospice. We carry out this mission by drawing on our exceptional strengths as a Cohesive Team, offering Comprehensive Care, and Concierge Communication.
