Description
Media Arts Santa Ana (MASA) is a community-based digital arts organization that inspires the growth and development of the Media Arts in Santa Ana by empowering the local community through classes, festivals, screenings, access to technology, workshops, special initiatives, social media training and networking opportunities.
MASA achieves this mission via the aforementioned programs, as well as bilingual technology workshops, arts advocacy and the development of new programs. MASA produces the popular OC Film Fiesta multicultural film festival, as well as the OC Teen Cinema Camp and the Youth Murals and Media Class, which provides free and accessible film screenings, award-winning media arts training and workshops for the Santa Ana and Orange County communities.
In 2017, MASA will move into a new permanent office space in the Depot at Santiago mixed use affordable housing development and launch a new program, the Millennial Producers Academy (MILPA).
Media Arts Santa Ana (MASA) is a project of Community Partners, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and donations to support our free and accessible programs for youth and adults are tax deductible!
