Mission Statement

Our mission at T.R. Hoover is to enhance, empower, and deliver comprehensive, cooperative solutions that positively impact the South Dallas community. Through our commitment to providing affordable housing, creating economic opportunities, and fostering community development, we actively address the challenges of poverty, education, economic disinvestment, urban decay, deteriorating infrastructure, neighborhood security, and rising unemployment rates. Every day, our organization is dedicated to supporting and serving our community in multiple ways. We recognize the invaluable contribution that volunteers bring, and we invite individuals with unique talents to join us in our mission. Together, we can better serve the community and work towards achieving our shared goals. Additionally, we offer support for volunteers interested in skills, career, and job development, ensuring a mutually beneficial partnership as we strive towards positive change.
