We seek a flexible, part-time, energetic individual who will provide administrative support to the executive director and broadcasters to perform administrative duties to assist staff. Duties include communicating with guests and scheduling appointments for guests and hosts. The position also involves helping with social media sites (we will train). Still, the candidate must have some knowledge of social media, the ability to research information for data, and an understanding of Microsoft Word and Office Products. The candidate must also be flexible and able to get along in a team setting. Ability to communicate with the Board of Directors and host and provide correct information. Run errands periodically.
